The software GenoProof^® can be used for the compilation of kinship expertises and sample DNA profiles as welll as for the realisation of population studies.

GenoProof^® supports your daily work with a lot of special features:

• The software allows the registration of single case samples and supports the use of bar code scanners.

• All data are stored in a database and are searchable by use of filters.

• Data security and data protection are guaranteed by a comprehensive rights and users concept.

• GenoProof^® supports all available kits of the vendors ABI^®, Biotype AG^®, Promega^® und Serac^® as well as all included markers. Additionally, inhouse kits and arbitrarily defined markers can be analysed, too.

• For this purpose GenoProof^® offers an import interface for data from the sequencer software ABI Gene Scan^®, ABI Gene Mapper^® and ABI Genotyper^®. Additionally, a manual input of markers and alleles is possible.

• All analyses doing by GenoProof^® are supervised by an integrated, individually configurable quality assurance system, eg. the program controls potential contaminations of samples, supports repeat determinations and contains validity criterias for the analyses. So the software supports you to fulfil and improve your high quality claims.
